Meet the Team Behind Total OCS

Total OCS is built around people, not portfolios. Every Owners Corporation we manage has a dedicated, experienced manager who knows the building, understands the committee, and is available when it matters.

Our managers are SCA-accredited, deeply experienced in Victorian strata legislation, and committed to the kind of management that produces real outcomes — not just paperwork.

At Total OCS we work with a limited number of Owners Corporations by design. It means every building gets the attention it deserves, every committee has a manager who genuinely understands their property, and the relationship is built on consistency rather than convenience.

With a strong foundation in finance and credit management, I’ve dedicated over a decade of my career to the dynamic field of Strata management.

My primary motivation has always been to ensure the effective management of owners’ corporations, with the end goal of creating smooth operations and comfortable living environments for residents.

I’ve been the manager of several high-profile, large-scale high-rise buildings in and around Melbourne’s bustling CBD. Successfully ensuring that the residents of these buildings enjoy a stable and surprise-free environment has only grown my ambition to provide my service to other buildings in the area. 

I am committed to continuous professional growth and have undertaken SCA-verified education and courses to enhance my knowledge and standing in the industry. As an active member of the Strata Community Association, I stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. 

I’ve lived in Melbourne for 30 years, which means not only do I have an in-depth understanding of the city, but also a true love and pride for the Melbourne lifestyle.

As a solutions-focused manager, I’m committed to acting in my clients’ best interests. I listen actively, and address challenges proactively to ensure issues are managed smoothly and with accountability. I truly believe that strong, long-term relationships are built on reliability, consistency, and following through on commitments.

With more than a decade of experience in the strata industry, I offer a structured yet approachable style of management. Starting my career in administration has given me a deep understanding of the full strata lifecycle, allowing me to guide clients confidently to assist them in making more informed, practical decisions.

Over the years, I’ve managed a diverse range of property types—from multi-unit developments, gated estates and mixed-use complexes to commercial buildings and large high-rise towers. No matter the property, my focus remains the same: accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication.

My aim is for Owners Corporations, committees, and stakeholders to feel genuinely supported, well-informed, and assured in how their homes and investments are managed. I work to deliver timely, collaborative and clear outcomes that align with their priorities.

Ultimately, I’m committed to delivering professional strata management services built on trust, transparency, and a genuine partnership with my clients.
