Please use this form to report any defects or issues within common or private property that may require attention and lodgment with the builder.

Providing clear details (including photos where possible) helps the defect to be accurately recorded and addressed.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and actioned in accordance with the Owners Corporation’s defect resolution procedures.
